Lica [lika] noun
Characterized by the appetite for artificial light sources. Thought to be quark in the engineering process of early Designer Companion animals, such as Meeps, Moops, Mingos, Tuuks and Zraffes. It is common for a DCA inflicted with Lica to also exhibit hyperactivity, kleptomania, hording and excessive thrill-seeking.
